A quilt of 2,512 pieces representing the number of steps required to walk along the White Yetts Glen path in Balfron. Down by the gully of Neil’s Burn, along the mill path besides the banks of the Endrick. Each of the 2,512 pieces of fabric is either stained with rust found on the walk (some in-situ, others back in the studio) or botanically contact printed with leaves found on the walk. The leaves were collected and printed monthly over the space of a year, representing a full cycle of the life of the plants along the walk.
